Kyle Holsinger-Johnson

Kyle Holsinger-Johnson, an east-coaster by birth, believes in the power of young people. They coach youth soccer, own a pop-up restaurant and help run their late father's business. They played Division 1 soccer at Georgetown University as well as being a semi-pro soccer player here in Lansing. Kyle holds a bachelors of arts from Temple University in gender studies and a culinary arts degree from the International Culinary Center.

Bianca Guess

Bianca Guess is a fitness professional who is passionate about inspiring girls and women to live their best life. Bianca currently teaches a multitude of group fitness classes at the Michigan Athletic Club, runs her own personal training business, YGuessFitness and is the Program Coordinator for Girls on the Run Mid-Michigan.

Nikki Racine

Nikki Racine

Nikki Racine is an adoptive momma, attorney, Heart Warrior, and certified fitness professional. After serving as the Director of Fund Development and Outreach at a local adoption agency, her drive to empower females at any age has become her true passion. Being a Heart Hero for the State of Michigan gives her a platform to show how her heart condition will never slow her down. Nikki teaches HIIT classes at Ledge’s Sweat Shop and she owns her own group/personal training business, TonedUP, LLC.

Sakina Ibrahim

Sakina Ibrahim is an NAACP Image Award-nominated Author, Artist, Social Entrepreneur, and Educator. She has been featured on platforms such as Aspire TV, Black Enterprise Magazine and Essence Fest and more. Sakina is a passionate woman whose brand focus is creativity, education, and inspiration. Morgan Stone

Morgan Stone

Morgan Stone holds a Master of Education degree from American International College and a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality and Tourism from North Carolina Central University. Morgan is a former Special Education teacher who educated students with social, emotional, and behavioral challenges. Currently, she is the Founding Director of Operations for Rise Preparatory Academy. She firmly believes that all students can be successful when they are coached to become self-aware and confident, in order to persist through life’s challenges.

Isabella "Izze" Copeland is a social media marketer, event planner, and community organizer. Through her work for MSU, and for the queer community in Lansing, Izze tends to spend a lot of time online: consuming it, creating content for it, and sometimes, wishing she didn't have to log on. She believes the key to navigating and controlling your relationship with social media means working it, not letting it work you.

Stacey Fenton

Stacey Fenton is an educational trainer & speaker. Specializing in self-esteem building using technology, Stacey has led trainings and workshops for Girl Develop It, Sisters Code, Michigan State University, and colleges across the country. Stacey completed her undergraduate degree at the University of Michigan and Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership at Eastern Michigan University. While at home, Stacey enjoys playing mobile games, swimming, and feeding her dog, Molly, strawberries.

Jill Marlan

Jill Marlan is the founder/CEO of Peak Performance Physical Therapy. She is a Board Certified licensed Physical Therapist and a Certified Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapist. Marlan was appointed by the governor to serve on the State Board of Physical Therapy for eight years and chaired the board for the last three years. She has received numerous awards and recognition for her work. She is the chair of the Athena Powerlink Committee and has worked with a wide variety of clientele.

Amanda Hayhoe

Amanda Hayhoe-Kruger

Amanda Hayhoe-Kruger is the President and owner of Hayhoe Asphalt, an asphalt paving business located in Holt, Michigan. She is the third-generation owner of the company that her grandfather founded in 1968. Amanda received her BBA in Finance and Asian Studies from Western Michigan University and her MBA from Michigan State University – Go Spartans!

Kelly Preston

Kelly Preston

Kelly Preston has been the President of Capital Steel & Wire, a manufacturer and distributor of hot rolled and cold finished bar steel since 2015. Kelly and Dustin Preston established Capital Steel & Wire in 2001. Kelly served as the company’s Chief Financial Officer from 2001-2015. The company is headquartered in DeWitt, Michigan, with facilities in Michigan and Ohio. Under Kelly’s leadership, Capital Steel & Wire has received several awards. Kelly is also an active leader on several Lansing area councils and boards. Kelly is a proud graduate of Michigan State University, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education.

Janice Milligan

Janice Milligan

Janice Milligan is the owner and operator of Doggy Daycare and Spa, a dog daycare, boarding, grooming and training business with facilities in Lansing and Okemos, MI. Janice received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Michigan State University in December of 1997 and began her professional career in advertising sales in 1999 before partnering with the founder of Doggy Daycare and Spa to build the first custom facility of its kind in 2002. Janice lives in Dimondale, Michigan with her husband and son.

Tanya Panizzo is the owner of Fighting Spirit Personal Safety. She has a 6th degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do, a blue belt in Jiu-jitsu and has been teaching self-defense for the last 17 years. Tanya also works with MSU self-defense facilitators on campus to help bring options for safety to those that seek training.

Carrie Rathbun Hawks has 28 years of public relations experience across many business sectors and has spoken at numerous conferences and leadership events. Along with a bachelors in communication from Michigan State University, Carrie’s accreditation is one of the highest designations a PR practitioner can earn from the Public Relations Society of America. She serves on a number of boards and committees, including ePIFanyNow™, Laingsburg Educational Advancement Foundation and Shiawassee Regional Chamber. Carrie is an Athenian, part of 100+ Women Who Care, an avid supporter of arts and education, and a fully initiated band mom!
